1. General Questions

Q: How do I get to Manly?
– Ferries leave approximately every half hour from Circular Quay (Wharf 3) and return at similar intervals. The trip takes 30 minutes.
Bus - We are located across the road from the Bus Terminal, just catch any bus to Manly Wharf.
- Manly is located only a 40 minute drive from the Sydney CBD with plenty of council car parking available.

Q: Is there much traffic?
No, Manly is one of the safest places to ride in Sydney and is very bike friendly. There are over 20 kilometres of cycle paths in the area and plenty of secluded beaches to explore without having to think about traffic. This is nothing like the city.

Q: Do you sell bicycles?

Q: Are gift vouchers available?
Yes, gift vouchers are available for both the guided tours and bike hire. They come professionally designed and printed – the perfect gift idea.

2. Bike Hire Questions

Q: Do you Deliver?
Unfortunately, we do not provide this service at the moment.

Q: Do I Need to Book a Bike?
We have a large fleet of bikes so generally there is no need to book. If there is a large group of you, 8+ or have special requirements such as child carriers, then we’d recommend booking ahead during the busier (warmer) months. Any booking changes are accepted up until 24hrs before the day, otherwise the full amount is charged.

Q: Do you provide a map?
We provide maps with all rentals, we can show you all the top spots to see in Manly and the best way to get there.

Q: Are there any Mountain Bike Rides in the area?
Yes, Manly Dam has one of the best mountain bike tracks in Sydney. Its 15min ride from our shop and is regularly maintained. It takes about 1.5 hours to complete, depending on skill level. Go on, try something different!
